Audio Request

This form is used to reserve a copy of our entire Sunday morning worship service on CD (Compact Disk). Your audio CD will be available for pickup in the church office. (please note: at the present time, Faith Presbyterian Church only offers pickup service.  We regret that CD's cannot be mailed).

Only one (1) CD per request. We encourage the spreading of the word of God.  To that end, permission is granted to make copies of our Sunday morning worship service and share it with others as long as you do not charge for them.
